Decent presets, some minor issues

I purchased the Fashion Presets bundle and a Photography Tutorial. The presets themselves are pretty good and definitely helped my pictures, though some looked a little too orange on my skin tone, so I had to adjust them manually quite a bit. The tutorial was helpful for understanding how to tweak things. Downloading everything was straightforward. My main gripe was that I had a question about compatibility with an older Lightroom version and it took their customer support almost 3 days to get back to me. Not a huge deal since I figured it out myself, but it could be faster. Overall, I got what I paid for and they do enhance photos, but not always perfectly right out of the box.

Good presets, fast download

I grabbed a few of the Travel Presets last week. They downloaded right away after I paid, which was nice. I used them on some vacation photos and they made them look a lot better without much effort. Yeah, I don't think they do refunds on digital products. It's in their FAQs somewhere, I remember checking before I bought a bundle.

After you buy, you'll get an email with a download link. Just click that and follow the instructions to get them into Lightroom.

I've tried both! I feel like Thrifts and Threads are a bit more curated and natural, especially the lifestyle ones. Aspyn's felt a little more 'bright and airy' sometimes.
